The PTSA brings parents, teachers and students together so that parents can voice their opinions and their inputs are positively acted upon — helping the college live up to its Vision and Mission in the truest sense.
Close, personal follow-up keeps students supported academically and personally throughout the year.
The college appoints a teacher-parent for every group of about 50 students to monitor their general discipline and their academic and non-academic performance. Progress is tracked using the record of attendance and the marks of internal and external examinations maintained in the department.
Teacher-parents apprise parents of their wards' performance during PTSA meetings. Proper guidance, counselling and help are provided, students are encouraged to take part in extra-curricular activities, and those needing psychological support are counselled by experts in the counselling cell. Each faculty member acts as a true friend, philosopher and guide.
